Will my clients know they're talking to an AI? +
Riv writes in your captured tone and you approve everything before auto-send unlocks. Clients keep messaging your number like always — what changes is that nothing slips: reminders go out on time, receipts get confirmed in minutes, renewals get offered before packages lapse.
Does Crewriv touch my money? +
Never. Clients pay you directly — bank transfer to your account. Riv verifies the proof of payment and keeps the books; it has no access to the funds.
